Customer service was great, when we request extra towels or clean sheets they made it a priority to have done.

Nice hotel at a decent price, but you have to pay for parking ($15) through a third party website. You also pay extra for breakfast, but it was a very good cooked to order breakfast for the price ($12 for 2). I had waffles with fresh fruit, my husband had a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, and we got juice and muffins as well. They also had lemon / cucumber water in the lobby. My husband enjoyed having a drink at the bar that night, and I was able to attend my online class on their wifi. The staff was great, they just have to give you a lot of info at check-in.

Beds were very comfortable. Food in the hotel was over priced and terrible. Homeless people all over that harassed you as soon as you walked outside. Room temps only got down to 72 and felt about 75 and hallways felt 80. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, personally. There was nothing close around. It was a quick overnight for us and it worked, but I wouldn’t stay again.

The room was in need of a thorough clean and makeover and had an overbearing smell of chemicals such as ammonia. There were chewed cherry pits on the floor, black scuffs on the drywall, goo on the bathroom glass door. The stained mattress was broken down and the linens looked as if they had been wadded up in a pile before put on the bed. Furniture and carpet was frayed and worn. This place was rough! Not a hook to hang a coat or backpack, no luggage rack for a suitcase. The common hallways were banged up and in the middle of drywall patching and one of the elevators wouldn’t go to the lobby. Cancelled the rest of the stay.

There is nothing remarkable about this hotel. Will not be back.

I did not get the room service the 1st day and the breakfast was awful and bad service from the kitchen

They were all over the place. The minute we landed the shuttle service had issues. 1st room TV was broken. Hotel seems geared towards airplane/flight crew. They host flight attendance and pilots and that seems to be all that mattered.

The bartender was excellent! Great personality. The bed was the most comfortable ever!!

Great clean hotel. Good location. Uber service.

I never leave reviews, but this room was filthy. There was no remote to the TV, there were coffee pods, but no coffee pot? The bathroom door handle was broken.
