Pleasant, quiet hotel which is convenient for public transport. The staff were very helpful in solving minor issues with the room and allowing us to check in early.

Nice hotel in a London borough with lovely array of shops and food places nearby. Roughly 40-50 minute travel on public transport into central London so worth bearing in mind.
Room was clean and spacious but I’d probably request an upper floor room next time, I had a ground floor room which was loud at night due to neighbouring flats.
Decor in the room was modern however the sliding door for the bathroom was loud and squeaky which was very annoying in the middle of the night and the wardrobe door wouldn’t open and close properly. Really comfy bed. Super helpful and friendly staff on reception and bar

I was quite disappointed with my stay. The room did not match what I had originally booked, as we were given two single beds instead of the expected setup.
There was also a noticeable issue with humidity and mould in the room, which made the environment uncomfortable and concerning from a health perspective.
Additionally, we were only provided with one towel despite being two people, which felt careless and inconvenient.
Overall, the experience did not meet expectations. I would recommend that the hotel pays more attention to room conditions and basic amenities to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests.

とても良い Everything about our stay was very pleasant other than one very odd and off-putting design decision. Why on Earth do the bathrooms have translucent doors? No one wants to see their partner on the toilet.
