Comfortable, clean and safe!

No complaints

The air conditioning wasn’t working and we couldn’t open a window. The room was very hot and we did have trouble sleeping. I reported it to reception and they gave us a fan on the last night of our stay

Staff were helpful. There was some miscommunication regarding parking. Trying to get in and out of the parking garage was a bit of a challenge as well. Having laundry, there was really helpful! You download an app and pay through your phone. No coins required! We did have a challenge with the handheld shower, staying up, so had to tie it ourselves. Also check that your door closes properly. When I have checked mine, it burst open without issue. So the maintenance person came and tightened it up for us. The fridge also had some issues with dripping water and then freezing on top of our egg carton. When I told the staff at checkout, they were very grateful for the feedback. Overall, for the price and location, I feel it was good for us. We were out and about most days, so was handy to have a place to crash at night.

Our room must have been near the water tank (323) as there was constant noise from the water pipes. Could have done with a sieve/colander too. Bathroom and bedroom were excellent though and reception staff were superb.

Excellent. Comfy bed, great shower, very clean and the kitchenette was well equipped. I’d definitely stay there again.

Well d room was in good condition,love d fact dat d kitchen was organised,bt dey need to improve on clening,i stay dere for 6 night,n dey did nt clean d rooms at all,which i did nt find funny

The was clean and spotless. Staff were courteous. Good location.

Clean room , dishwasher in kitchenette, great rainfall shower, plenty kitchen ware , big cups , full size fridge with freezer section , crisp bed linen, staff friendly and quick response , lovely view from window at front of building , only downside was hard mattress ! Handy for both stations Deptford Bridge and Greenwich
