Everything about my stay was incredible from all the staff from the security greeting you at the entrance, the reception staff, restaurant/bar staff and my wonderful room attendant always greeting you each day with a friendly smile and warmness

Loved our room with pool access but was a little difficult getting in and out as an older couple. They offered for us to change rooms but we stayed. Very close to the beach. Staff were fantastic. We asked for a late check out but they said others were coming in, it has now been empty for 3 days!

1st time staying here but won’t be the last, room was quite big and very clean, staff were amazing and friendly, buffet breakfast was great so many food choices, the pool bar is great, close to the beach and shopping, can’t wait to go back.

Some of the most polite and friendly staff I have encountered in this year’s travels. Lovely!

Great stay at the property. Not a huge fan of Patong Beach but the hotel was fantastic.

We stayed for four nights in May. The location is perfect very close to good restaurants and local shops. I booked tours to the islands almost every day, and the staff always had my breakfast boxes ready for the trip. The hotel buffet is excellent. I had several work-related tasks to handle, and the front desk staff made the entire process very easy. Finally, since my return flight to NYC was late in the day, they allowed us a late checkout. I highly recommend this hotel; the value for money is top-notch.

What a Clean establishment and helpful staff.

Third time visiting and all the staff are friendly, very respectful and made this another pleasant stay. Great selection at the buffet breakfast, as well as for coffee and dinner. Close to the beach, clean pools and lovely rooms. Far enough away from the noise of Patong nightlife, yet still very close to plenty of restaurant options and markets.
