The property is good. It was mostly clean, staff was friendly, theres a laundromat and 7-11 nearby.

Great helpful staff. Room was clean and well kept

For the price the hotel was great. Very clean and comfortable. Would recommend if wanting to save money but want a nice place to stay.

Location in not good at all, too far from place to visit

Had an ok stay! However there’s a lot of room for improvement. Ok if your are passing through Bangkok and want to save some money.

the location of this hotel is very good as all the market place are well connected. this hotel is simple for a family stay and also very economical & safe. hotel doesnt have restuarant. some street food and departmental stores r there to keep u r needs.

Hotel is near to 7-11, eateries, and also BTS. The down side is the area at night will be abit creepy as the road will be dark and silent..

Good value of money. Staff is very helpful. No restaurant in the hotel but rest is everything great.

Residence location provided easy access to MBK, Siam Square and short taxi ride to Hua Lamphong Station. Room was nice, comfy beds (harder mattress, but I like that!), good room service. Room had a fridge and a safe, small balcony and a great AC unit. Only real downside was the “bum gun” (the bidet hose next to all Thai toilets) was leaking and dripping from a broken part. This meant the toilet floor was always really wet- not great. I’d advise the manager to fix ASAP a it doesn’t leave a good impression for guests to have to compensate for water all over the floor. Other than this the place was great and excellent value. Would recommend a visit once issue has been fixed

Good value for money,very quiet,not easy to find but not far from main train station and skytrain
