Air conditioner and water was a problem every day. I booked fo 4 days and the 2nd day I had to go out and looking for another accommodation for my family of 5

Lovely place, great location. Unfortunately we had to change rooms due to the noise of the water pump outside room 17 but staff were great in finding us a different room. We booked an island hopping tour from reception that was great (tour a). We saw 2 stunning sunsets one from each end odlf the beach.

The site is located on a mountainside, beautiful scenery but tedious to climb for my aching knees. The room was cramped ( there were 5 of us in a family room), no closet space, the room was clean though. The bathroom is acceptable but no water pressure from the shower (trickles only). You’re there for tours and activities and only to sleep in the inn. The staff were friendly, respectful and helpful. Eric is fabulous. The restaurant downstairs have good food, closes at 10 pm. But snacks and drinks are available at the lobby. It’s about 10 minute tricycle ride to the center. I could recommend this Novies to friends and family.

Did not communicate with Expedia, thus our reservation of 3 months is not in there system. The phone number is old, no way to communicate with hotel.

Please stay in this hotel there super nice!

No hot water and at times no water at all. Dangerous wiring in the room. Great restaurant and staff with superb food.

staff does not allowed early checkin and would charge you per hour if you really wanted to checkin prior to check in time, AC does not cool up the room and water in the shower is really weak it was a struugle to take a shower, there’s hardly any water comming out.

It was indeed a great stay! All the staff are very friendly and so accommodating. Special mention to Ate Joy and the other front desk Ate (I can't remember her name) Kuya (the night shift duty all around the staff. They were all helpful in assisting me to use the facility for working at night in the lobby area. Looking forward to staying at Novies but this time with my family. Novies is a safe, clean place, with easy access to almost everything. Thank you for a great stay!

The staff where pretty good, but the room poor I guess you get what you pay for. Shower was cold no hot water, lots of ants and your always itchy. So called blackouts where there is no power half the day and during the hottest time of the day, power in room but no air-con they say due to generator. But we never heard one and the meter on the pole was working lots of power, they are shutting of aircon with separate switches as we seen when we complained about no air. Our last night I heard voiced then the sound of breaker clicking off and the aircon, its very hot at night sleeping with no air-conditioning.
