Staff were very helpful. Room 204 had no ligh in the bathroom and the light switches were hidden on wall near the tv not near the door so wry hard to find. Room 206 had no bedside tables and shower flooded as drainage was poor. I think coffee/tea should be provided in the room. I would not recommend staying there unless a few things were upgraded.

The room was a smoking room. I now have congestion in my nasal passage. The room had one towel per bed, no swim towels and no bath mat. The pool was cloudy.

The property was very bad and possbly taken off expedia web site I would not recomend anyone staying there. I wish to have my stay refunded.

Staff do their best but owners clearly giving up on full service, perhaps intending to sell.

Nice hotel, quite on the west side of Sanur. Easy to to walk to the beach then into Sanur.

Super basic, worked for us for 1 night but definitely wouldn't have done anything more and wouldn't come back. Best book your taxi to leave before you arrive as there's nothing around the hotel – no driver, no restaurant, etc.

Old and not well maintained facilities, not good cleaning was carried and service also under expectations (our driver was also surprised by the concierge service not coming to great us at arrival and help with luggage). We changed hotel after the first night.

We had to find a last-minute hotel close to both the airport and the beach in the Denpasar area, and this hotel was perfect. It was inexpensive, but didn't feel cheap. The room was perfectly adequate, the pool was lovely, and the breakfast was good. It is an easy walk to the beach and the resort area, without having to pay resort prices. Great find!

Our stay here was great, overall. The hotel is neat, the pool is very nice for a relaxing swim. The staff is also very friendly and can easily help you get a cab, (motor)bike or transfer to or from the airport. The only downside of this hotel is its location. You do have a glimpse of the sea from the restaurant area which is very lovely, but it's located at the end of the beach. A part that isn't as lively as the places further down. In short: an amazing find with great value for money, but be sure to take a stroll further down the beach if you're looking for a nice place to eat.

Dated and far away from anything. The beach is nearby though but main streets where shops are are a distance away.
