Clean and close to all the sites!

I felt very comfortable here at this hotel. The people there were very friendly. The man who checked us in gave us a wealth of information about good places to eat and sites to see. The man at the bar area was very friendly and took great care of us when we sat to have an easy affordable dinner. I will be back with my family again. Thanks to all at the hotel. You are wonderful. Tuve una experiencia maravillosa en este hotel. Desde el momento en que llegamos, todo el personal fue muy amable, atento y profesional. Las habitaciones estaban impecables, cómodas y muy bien cuidadas. La ubicación es excelente y nos permitió conocer Madrid con mucha facilidad. El ambiente del hotel fue tranquilo y acogedor, haciendo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más especial. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomendaría a cualquier persona que visite Madrid. ¡Muchas gracias por hacer de nuestro viaje una experiencia inolvidable!

Staff was very attentive and cordial. Breakfast is of a good quality and varied. Location is very convenient, only a few minutes walk from the world famous Aqueduct. I paid parking but I think it’s not strictly necessary because the surrounding areas have parking available although to your own risk.

The hotel and room are clean. Room size is big. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Good location to access public transportation.

Everything was amazing

Very helpful staff, fantastic location next to major bus routes and a short walk into the heart of the vibrant neighbourhood. It would be great if the snack bar was open more hours for morning coffee for those who want a quick takeout. This is our second stay and we will be back!

Great location, perfect for wandering around the city and trying out the restaurants in the La Latina area and Plaza Mayor. Staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned every day and coffee's topped up (only instant) fine for a long weekend stay. The pool/jacuzzi area is small and sunbeds are snapped up quickly. Pool towels provided (bonus) 10 people in the pool and its full add a few kids and its over crowded. Didn't try the food in the hotel as its so easy to eat out. Would stay again!

Great location, clean room and small but pleasant rooftop pool.

Great facilities, very clean and really helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, loads of choice and nice to have the bar there. Rooms had everything you needed for a few nights and the housekeeping team did a brilliant job! The sun terrace and pool are smaller than then look - the space filled up quickly with limited shade available. Looked like a nice space though. Great location, easy walk to lots of local sites, shops and places to eat. Would stay again!
