Such a beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable. This area of Ueno is a perfect mix of being close to transport and things to do, whilst also being a quiet place to relax in. Would 100% return.

Warm & Cozy

Perfect size, water pressure good and constantly hot, good amenities friendly staff

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Friendly staff when checking in and were able to drop our bags off early. Clean room and good amenities, shampoo etc. Really liked the location, shops, restaurants, and the subway is really close and bigger stations not too far either. We didn't try the breakfast.

Staff were exceptional. Very helpful in all aspects. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

I travelled solo and found the hotel an absolutely wonderful place to stay in Tokyo. The hotel is conveniently located about a 12-15 minute walk (depending on pace) from the nearest major train station, with several subway options just up the street. There’s also a 7-Eleven right on the corner of the block, which is incredibly handy for snacks, drinks, or quick essentials at any time of day. The surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful at night - something that genuinely surprised me on my first evening there. However, it’s perfect for anyone looking to escape the constant hustle and bustle of areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya while still remaining well connected to the city. The staff are warm, friendly, and always happy to help whenever needed. The rooms are fairly standard in size for Tokyo, but realistically, you won’t be spending much time in the room anyway. Some tips in regards to the size of the rooms (I stayed in two types over my stay). For the Standard Double Room - I found placing my luggage (large case) on top of the desk at the end of the bed worked perfectly. That said, if you’re travelling with two large suitcases, I’d definitely recommend upgrading to the Deluxe Double Room for the extra space. These rooms actually have a pop-up luggage stand which was great for my second case after all those necessary Tokyo purchases! The larger bed is also a great bonus for couples who prefer a bit more room to relax.

Good location walking distance to Ueno station (although maybe a bit difficult with heavy luggage). Very helpful staff. Impeccably clean and good service. Very convenient breakfast. Would recommend!
