Such a cute hotel in a great location! Kind staff and great rooms!

We were placed in a room downstairs. NO ELEVATORS, NO AIR CONDITIONER! Staff was rude and wildly unhelpful. Stay somewhere else!

Très bel établissement et personnel chaleureux. Ils nous ont offert un surclassement dans une très belle et grande chambre au 4e et dernier étage. L'absence d'un ascenseur peut assurément se révéler problématique pour certaines personnes.

I booked a ground floor room because my travel companion has mobility issues and we were changed to an upper floor with no lift without notice. They said an upgrade but not for us. It was too difficult to use the stairs. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable and room faced the busy street that was very loud and noisy all night. The staff were friendly and helpful though.

We stayed 2 separate nights. 1st night was great with a very large room and bath, a bed that would sleep 4, along with a good view and up just 1 flght of stairs. 2nd stay was up 3 long flights and was probably their smallest room and tiny bath. Also room was very warm even with heat off and windows open. Bed just big enough for 2. Price for each was the same! Is very convenient to bus station and tram. Which is why we chose it

The room was comfortable, very clean, so close to bus station, lovely decor, the staff were very pleasant, would stay again, highly recommended 😀

Hotel is in central location near Princes street, however the rooms are not air conditioned, there is no elevator, and the bed mattress is very uncomfortable
