Location was ok. They didn’t have parking we had to find other public parking. When we arrived there was a large student group clogging the lobby for check in. I tried to use the self check in but it didn’t work. The guest kitchen is super tiny but functional for our needs.

Spacious room. Modern atmosphere. Short walking distance to the main train station. Lift and stairs available to go up the floors. I went during the colder days. Hallways were kept well warm and also the room came with a fan heater than helped further battling the cold. Toilet was a bit small, so had to put my legs in an awkward position to use the toilet. Showers came with both hot and cold water. Towels provided. Large windows allowed a lot of natural light to come in.

Excellent location and 10 minutes walk to the train station/central bus station and the old town Christmas market

Easy access to tourist attractions, busy road with traffic noise. Beds not made up on check in, front desk personnel very unwilling to assist checkin

I spend 4 nights. When I arrived the elevator was out of order and no one fixed it. I had to go up and down the stairs during all my stay. The windows are not sound proof, all the noises coming from the street are clearly audible from the rooms. If you want to take a shower in the evening you won't find hot water.

Everything was great but the breakfast could be better and the road was really really loud but I'm also really really old and noise bothers me.

No elevator at the moment

Terrible experience with this property

Check in was painful. Guests smoke right at the front door, spit on the floor, leave trash there and drink at all hours and the staff do nothing about it. Everytime you enter or leave you’re met with a face full of smoke it’s disgusting. It does not make you feel safe to stay here.
