It was a good stay for the price

It was an amazing stay. Check-in was smooth and easy and we had a great time. Check-out was also smooth.

Nice place. Staffs were also nice

The location is good if you want to stay in the real deal heart of Manila. The mattress on the bed could be softer, hard as a rock very firm. They offer you a lot of entertainment and very safe hotel with plenty of security.

Fresh food 😋

There was an issue with disturbing nearby guests who got unto verbal abuse on me at telling them to behave as they were extremely noisy late at night. They did not comply with the house rules. It ought to have been they were permanently barred from the hotel due to this. This should go without any prompt from my side. But the staff said nothing about it other than the usual sorry saying. They just sent someone to "talk to them". Result: These thugs stayed for one night, they are welcome to come back. I stayed for three nights and will never come back. The staff at Grand, you need to reply to this message. Just change your policies to bar people that misbehave.

Location has easy access to a lot.

There was cockroach visible at the breakfast buffet Otherwise everything was excellent as usual

The breakfast buffet was a little underwhelming but Ray came through for my wife who has a lot of food allergies. he went out of his way to make her breakfast delicious and satisfying. The location is really good, close to metro train station and lots of jeepny's close by if you want to go a short distance. Our room did not have any windows which was a suprise but it seemed clean enough and the shower got hot water quick! I would stay here again if I needed to be in this part of Manila.
