Clean and kind staffs

Good staff and clean but not like the pictures we saw on Expedia

Not a hotel I would recommend if it’s your first time in Kuala Lumpur. Wi-Fi was in and out most of the time. Most hotels gives you two keys they only gave me one which was pretty annoying.

Toilet has sewer smell upon entry to room. Room air conditioning was not cooling. Room safe locked. Staff should have checked room is in good condition before offering to guests.

I had the junior sweets room, very spacious with modern bathroom. Bed was extremely comfortable and excellent air conditioning. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, very welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. Always a happy greeting at breakfast, at the restaurant and at lobby, very enjoyable stay. Unfortunately I use an electronic cigarette and although there are no smoking signs everywhere there is a nice outdoor seating area where you can smoke and also get food and drink without bothering anyone. Be aware though that the restaurant is labelled Bar and Grill there is no alcohol available.

The stay was not good. The kitchen staff made us very uncomfortable except one guy named Jalil really looked after us

Can’t believe this pathetic hotel is 4 Star. Beware. The rooms are extremely small. There were no hand towels in bathroom and upon request we were told “you have to request it”. AC didn’t work and it took a long time to cool the room after they fixed it. There were only two pillows on the bed. I’ve stayed at 3 Star properties that are much better than this place. The only reason I give this 2/10 is because staff was helpful

nasi lemak was a let down. peanuts, ikan bilis not crunchy, chili not shiok. rice so lumpy and sticky.

I have a great night here. Thank you for the hospitality especially to the staffs that really helpful during my check in and check out.
