Sophisticated property. Delicious food, the best fresh baked croissants! excellent water pressure in the showers! All details were well considered. Loved reading the book in the hotel about its history and architecture. Would definitely recommend.

Serenity in the hustle and bustle of Denpasar

This place prides itself on its staff and the old-style ambience. It really does so well at both! If you want 5-star with a difference to the normal hotels, this is the one for you. We stayed in one of the older cottages and it was great!! We’d definitely recommend it for a relaxing place to stay. The only downside, if it’s your thing, is that the pool isn’t the biggest and has no room for sun loungers round it. And no TVs, though apparently they would bring one in for you if you asked.

First time staying at this small boutique hotel. They made us feel like part of the familly immediately. The service was impecable and the all you can eat breakfast superb. The location right on the beach ticked all our boxes.

The Bungalow I booked last minute w Expedia gold points was over the top beautiful and spotless! The separate private patios, landscaping and soaking tub were great! Highly recommended

A perfect stay at a unique heritage property.

Stay started on the wrong foot as we had booked a beach cabin 9 months ago and we were taken to cabin 29 which was old, out dated and extremely disappointing. Prices for food and drinks is on the higher end which is also disappointing. After mentioning these items to the manager, he was quick to show us cabin 12, not near the beach, which I believe had been renovated, and was 100 times better than 29. The beach boardwalk is also very busy so getting further away from the noise was a blessing. We also received a discount on food and beverages, most likely because cabin 12 is cheaper than 29, but I appreciate the deal. Staff is amazing, always ready to assist and they get to know you by name! Staying down the beach at Maya Sanur for 1 night and we are missing cabin 12 and the staff! Maya Sanur is over rated, over priced, and a typical North American resort with no sole
