I asked for a room clean about 9 o’clock one morning so I went out and do some stuff to stay away, but I need to go back to room about 12 o’clock and they had cleaned it then which was around 3 hours but they said book cleaning in morning but it was done by next I came back. Other wise everything was good and clean and like every premier Inn .

Located near Essen Hauptbahnhof, a short walk to the City centre. Ideal if needing somewhere to sleep if travelling. Shops and bars restaurants a short walk away.

Very friendly service, quick check-in, nice Lobby and Happy Hour, the room was nice, modern, would only wish the air-conditioning would make the room warmer and the hairdryer would be stronger. Breakfast was nice too, good value performance, I recommend the Premier Inn when visiting Essen. Warm Greetings.

This is a nice place. Their breakfast is wonderful, and the ends were comfy. Parking here was a nightmare though.

The room was clean but the bar area was a mess, there was a lot or rubbish on the floor around the bar/reception area. The area out the front of the hotel also had a lot of rubbish around.
