Staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast had many options, and tasted really good. We travelled as a family of 3, including a 6yo, and everything was great.

The hotel is perfectly clean, despite allowing pets, there is no detrimental evidence of this. The beds are comfortable, the staff lovely, the breakfast more than adequate, and the location is great. It is not the most luxurious hotel - but you get what you pay for, this is one of the cheapest hotels in Madrid, and I have no complaints. There isn't a lot of privacy within each room, so only share with someone you know well!

Slightly concerning neighborhood. I wouldn't have wanted to be walking alone after midnight. Close to metro, good deal last minute. I'd pick it again.

The hotel in its self is what you pay for, clean, helpful staff and a good breakfast. The uncontrollable is other guests with no consideration for others. Room doors slamming most of the night. Most definitely the worst nights sleep in a long time.

Hotel 5 mins walk to metro station. Is next to the flyover but there was no traffic noise. I booked the hotel due to the convenience getting to and from Rayo Vallecano stadium and this worked well but it is also close to the main city by metro. I left my plug adapter at home by mistake and they were able to supply me with one. Rooms are compact but clean and the facilities are more than adequate. Can only be complimentary about my one night stay.

Shower is a bit uncomfortable, there aren't many places either where can leave your stuff

Good room, location was okay. But the room was very clean and great for what was needed: a good night's sleep
