The carpet in my room had large stains and seemed very old and dirty. I would not foam roll or stretch on it.
Check-in staff did not realize I had multiple bookings and did not reserve parking for me. No apology or effort to make amends.
Same check-in staff did not allow temporary use of parking lot throughout the day when there was clearly space to accommodate the request.
Staff stated I could not use the lobby to make phone calls yet they chat among themselves in laughter.

The ac worked the first two days and then it didn't. The front desk said they would fix it right away, but it still didn't work. Also the washer/dryer did not dry. It took three trys.

Great stay! Greeted warmly by the lovely front desk staff. A car parking space was available so very convenient. Heaps of bars, cafes and restaurants within a short walking distance. Will be back!
