The best! Everyone there is super helpful, kind, and generous with their time. The property is beyond beautiful. Everything is clean and updated. The beach view is breathtaking.

Overall we were pretty disappointed with our stay here and won’t be coming back. The aircon in our room was broken and we were moved to a different room on the 2nd day. The new room had an aircon that only achieved at best 24 degrees despite being left on for the remainder of our stay at 18 degrees (3 nights). Our room wasn’t made up one day having to call to have this rectified. At check out we vocalised our discontent which was met with a poor response and no willingness to achieve a more satisfactory outcome. The resort itself is beautiful with fantastic views and incredible pools. The location is poor so if you don’t plan on going anywhere it is a great fit otherwise you will be required to take cars everywhere as there is nothing within walking distance.

We loved our stay here - the perfect treat during our holiday and fun for the kids.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The beach is stunning, peaceful, and a perfect escape from the busy city atmosphere. Although the location is a little far from Da Nang city centre, the quiet surroundings and beachfront setting make up for it. The buffet breakfast is sensational, and honestly the food across all the restaurants was incredible. The dining experience was probably the highlight of our stay and one of the main reasons I’d consider returning. The rooms are also beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. However, the service unfortunately did not match what I would expect from a luxury resort. Pool service was extremely slow, often requiring us to ask multiple times for simple things. Housekeeping was also disappointing on several occasions. After spending the day by the pool, I would return to my room around 4pm expecting it to be refreshed, only to find no fresh towels, no bottled water, and room service dishes from the previous night still sitting on the table. For a luxury hotel, that level of service feels below standard. Overall, the resort has amazing facilities, fantastic food, and a beautiful beach, but the inconsistent service lets it down. Would I stay at the Hyatt again? I’m honestly not sure — the food would probably be the main reason I’d return.

Clean, spacious, nice services

As a family we had a wonderful time staying in this property.

We stayed at the Club Room with Ocean View, so had a fantastic view of the beach and pool. Wife had an issue with the bed on first night and requested a change of bed, and the staff changed to bed, the quilt, and bed linen so wife was happy with their service. The Club Lounge was good for breakfast and dinner with some variations in food so we were not bored of the same food. The gym was well equipped and the swimming pool at the Club Lounge was quiet and peaceful, and the water was very clean and clear. The entire hotel compound was beautiful kept and clean. We stayed at 7 hotels in Danang and Hoi An, and this is one that we would go back to (but with Club Room for Club Lounge access).
