zina at the front desk was very nice. Got room early.

Clean and comfortable room in a friendly, laid-back establishment. It takes the best of hostel culture (fun design, cinema room, free laundry, communal bar area, gig recommendations, kitchen) and combines it with quiet, privacy and cleanliness. Staff were excellent - efficient and very helpful. It's also just a few minutes' walk from shops, gyms and public transport stops (and from there a quick hop into the city centre). I'd definitely return.

We had a fantastic three nights at Superbude. The hotel has such a great vibe and welcomes everyone. Our 15 yr old daughter thought it was a very cool hotel with lots of quirky, elements. The communal areas were great and we loved spending time each evening playing games and having a drink. The room was a little small with no real area to sit and we I had to swap my bed with my daughter as it was too low for my bad hips. We were able to park at Kauf Land (local super market ) for €20 per night. Very short work and dead easy to get into Hamburg using public transport. Staff were super helpful and we would absolutely recommend families staying there.

Hotel with a hostel vibe, but room was clean and quirky with plenty of amenities. Walkable to the old town or U-bahn within a few mins walk.

We were really pleased with our stay. Friendly service, clean room and delicious breakfast. Location is very convenient.

Good, simple accommodation with family options. The location is not the best being somewhat removed from the heart of Hamburg, but public transportation is pretty accessible. Being next to rail lines means there is some noise all night long, but it was not too obtrusive. Some great amenities like free laundry and fresh bread.
