A good hotel. The rooms are nice, it’s in a safe area with some decent options nearby, and it’s located very close to both a metro & major bus stop. It also offers interesting amenities for "couples". Really the only things are that: 1) The hallways outside the rooms lack air conditioning, meaning that if it’s hot you feel it as soon as you step outside your room; and 2) There is only one small elevator to go up and down. Otherwise, perfectly fine hotel if you're looking for a place to stay in this area.

For a motel style property, it was very nice. Goyang-Si is a long way from Gangnam area, but the local dining was delicious, all traditional Korean, and inexpensive. It is close to Kintex Exhibition Site, and price was very reasonable. During the stay, the room had a Samsung Air-Dresser in the room. It was my first time trying it. It was very quiet and effective at drying clothes overnight. The property was very amenable to letting me check in at 6:00am (for a reasonable charge). I will definitely stay here again if I have a trade show at Kintex.

I smelt of somking in bathroom seriously. Bedboom was filled with smoking smell.

Nice small building. The place was clean. Good location.

スタッフの対応が良く、とても親切です。 周りの環境は、今ひとつですが、今回「KINTEX」のイベントを目的として渡韓したので、徒歩アクセス出来る立地としては快適でした。

Great for the business man on a budget ! Blazing fast internet.

It's "ok" if you are attending Kintex convention. Very close to busy street with lots of retaurants and convenient stores. I wish it was more neat. Not for family trip.

Reasonable rated hotel near Kintex convention center. Rooms spacious,additional amenities, large bathroom, everything pretty ok in the room except very hard beds. Fortunately enough pillows to add some padding
