I have been staying at Miano Hotel Pasing for years, often together with my daughter, and it has consistently been an excellent experience. The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. What truly sets it apart, however, is the team. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, making every stay feel personal and relaxed. The location is also ideal. Pasing offers great transport connections, plenty of shops and restaurants, and easy access to both central Munich and the surrounding areas. As a frequent guest, I particularly appreciate the consistency. Whether staying for a short visit or a longer period, the quality of service and hospitality is always outstanding. A big thank you to the entire Miano team for making us feel welcome year after year. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

Easy in and out - clean, very accessible

Nice hotel in the centre of passing, you must check-in online for the code to the hotel and your room, be aware

Good clean room. Code entry worked well. Bed was comfy. The only slight issue was that the cleaning staff knocked on the door and entered the room twice, once around 9am and once around 10am. It did not appear necessary to me as I was due to check out at 11am the same day, check in is not until 3pm for the next guest.

It’s less personal now with no reception and codes to enter rooms and use elevator. No flexibility to check in early or late due to digital setup via Limehomes. We’ve stayed here many times in past 3 years and observed the changes and noticed the difference. Still a nice, new, stylish hotel but expectations are a little reduced,

This hotel was awesome! Huge room, full kitchen and dishes. Comfortable bed. What more could you ask for. Absolutely loved this place. Only suggestion is, it was kind of tough finding the elevator code in the app. Took 3 minutes while just standing in the elevator.

The new owners have "digitized" the hotel. While I have no problem with online check-in prior to arrival and punching in codes for making the lift work or for accessing my room (don't have to carry a card key!) I think it's almost dangerous for guests to not have access to even a single hotel staff member at any point. The electric kettle I had requested (since there's no coffee pot in the room) and the hotel lent me was defective and it blew the fuse in the room at 3 AM (Feb 1), within hours of my arrival. In my jet-lagged state, the only access to "support" was through Whatsapp texting - even a call was not available unless you had a German phone. Further, I'm in complete darkness and the Whatsapp support person, Jasmine, asks me to "locate the fusebox!" I had to use my phone flashlight which rapidly drained the charge and I was panicked. Without a charged phone, you are frozen in this new-fangled setup. It was an awful, frightening experience. I usually stay here every year but I have serious concerns about returning. In addition, the housekeeping standards have plunged - the soap dispensers were empty and never re-filled during my entire 9-days stay. I had to request a bottle (through Whatsapp text, of course) and the bar person (knew him from my previous stays - a couple of them are being allowed to stay for a few more weeks during the transition time) gave me a bottle. I'm not sure this is "hospitality" - it is financial efficiency for sure. Owners' margins are higher!

Great staff!

Really nice hotel. Excellent room, fresh, new, spacious and good soundproofing from outside and hallway (important feature to me). It has a nice reception/bar area and the prices were very reasonable. No coffee making in the rooms which was unusual, but the reception/bar is a nice place to have an espresso or similar. The village of Munchen-Pasing is quite nice and actually way more peaceful and enjoyable than the excessive crowds that were in Munich visiting the Christmas market. It’s only a 20 min train ride on the S system which goes regularly from Marienplatz/Karlsplatz area. If you want shopping, there is a big mall in Munchen-Pasing too. Overall, Munchen-Pasing does not have the energy or convenience of central Munich, but this hotel was a very reasonable price for a good alternative with lots of advantages.
