This hotel was amazing! The staff was super helpful, professional and welcoming. I would stay here every time I visit Jordan. Room service was great. The food was delicious and the our orders came in a timely manner. Location is great. You cannot go wrong in any way by choosing this hotel, it will probably be the best part of your stay.

最高 I had another wonderful stay at the Hyatt Amman.I arrived earlier than the official check‑in time, and as a regular guest, the manager kindly upgraded my room since the one I booked wasn’t ready yet. This thoughtful gesture truly reflects the hotel’s commitment to its loyal guests.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, exactly what you would expect from a five‑star property. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and every detail is well taken care of.
The service throughout my stay was excellent. The staff were professional, attentive, and consistently ensured that everything I needed was taken care of promptly and with a smile.
Overall, the hotel is outstanding in every aspect,comfort, service, and hospitality. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.
