I stayed at the premises previously when it was Sondor and so knew that the facilities were great. Expedia dropped the ball on sending access information but the staff at Revival were very helpful; a difference is now there is 24/7 reception.
The facilities are well-located, clean and easy to navigate. The reception staff are helpful and pleasant to interact with.
The only issue I found is that the bed is very low that can be quite challenging to get up from for tall people and those with a back injury or other mobility difficulties.

place was clean and nice. the staff was extremely nice. the room was perfect, we got our own balcony and it was basically like living in your own apartment but it was actually a hotel instead. location was great, a 5 minute walk from english bay and so close to so many food spots. would recommend and would stay here again.

The front desk ambassador was exceedingly kind and helped me make a room change when the original booking didn't quite work for me. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. I loved the neighborhood too, and proximity to English Bay. I'll be staying there on my next visit!
