We arrived prior to check in time as we would have liked to have lunch in our room, we were told the room wasn't ready but she allowed us to use the common kitchen which was a fully serviced kitchen. Sinks, two cook tops, microwave oven, refrigerator and utensils. This feature can be very helpful if you do not wish to eat out, but cook your own food. Everything was spotless and the room was very comfortable.

The room was nice and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The communal kitchen was great, had everything you could need and everything was nice and new. We loved our stay at Parklands.

Older motel done up, was clean but unit had a strange set up, bathroom was right opposite the bed (very close) and a bad smell was coming from the drain. Not very nice and made the whole unit smell.

Lovely clean and comfortable room. Parking and laundry very convenient. Staff welcoming.

Generally ok place to stay. Has everything you need like all other hotels. Unfortunately the 1 bed apartment are not sound proof. So we had a poor nights sleep with hearing the people above us walking around and playing music until midnight and then car doors closing at 7am. The rooms don’t feel very private either with big glass doors in the bedroom and lounge so you have people walking past and looking in. Also worth noting, no air con

Very friendly staff

Everything was clean and tidy but there were a few smallitems that need attention. No hooks for clothes and towels in the bathroom. No hot plates for cooking. Need more utensils in kitchen. Oldies like us prefer hard soap not jars or soap liquid.Thank you
