Excellent stay! The hotel was extremely clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and definitely a highlight of the stay. I would happily stay here again when I’m in Kanata.

The hotel served its purpose, it was basic but the rooms were large and the beds comfy.
Had to unplug the fridge as it kept waking us up and the heating/aircon unit sounded like a freight train.
Housekeeping was hit and miss, for some reason it was like roulette if you would get a bath mat or not so often had to just throw a towel on the floor.
Of special mention was Norman in the bar/restaurant. That man deserves a raise, he works so hard.
Breakfast was nothing to write home about but at the level to be expected for this class of hotel. You won’t go hungry.
Probably best to avoid evening meals unless you’re desperate. There’s a lot better nearby for similar price.

Hotel was very clean and room was spacious.
Easy to get to. Walking distance to Tanger Outlets.
Check-out was super easy. No need to stand in line. All electronic and 2 easy steps.
Breakfast was good with a variety of options.
I would stay there again.

The hotel was well-maintained. The rooms were very clean. The hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the Tangier Outlet and close to the Queensway. The breakfast was alright but I wish there more fruits and more variety in sweets. Also, I wish they would have had bacon or ham and omelets instead of scrambled eggs and sausage both days.
