No sé por qué en París no respetan las estrellas en los hoteles, este hotel no es 3 estrellas, 2 sin duda, los cuartos son chicos y el que nos tocó que era en el ático estaba más chico porque un tercio del techo se hace más angosto por la estructura del hotel, lo que sí me molestó y mucho es que les mandé un correo exigiendo la devolución de lo que tuve que pagar extra por el uber solicitado por error del señor que está en la recepción, en el hotel se solicita un servicio de shuttle para el aeropuerto y yo le pedí para Orly y le dejé 10 euros en adelanto del servicio, restaban 28 para pagarle al chófer pero después de dos kilómetros me fijo que la ruta no coincide con el aeropuerto y resulta que iba al Charles de Gaulle, tuvimos que bajarnos y pagar 87 euros de uber por solicitar el servicio más rápido ya que los otros se tardaban 20 minutos en llegar, me molesta que no se hagan responsables de su error y ni siquiera han contestado el correo.

Le receptioniste est très agréable et gentil. On a bien dormi. Une rue très calme. Et le petit déjeuner très bien. Prochaine fois je retourne

confortable, simple, calme.

Tres bon emplacement. Chambre et petit dejeuner simples mais tres corrects. Personnel aimable.

The hotel sent me details on check-in and check out etc, breakfast was 0730 till 0900 hrs. Breakfast was just a pastry and a coffee, wasn't really breakfast at all. When we went for breakfast my wife asked for some more quasonts, I was told at 0845 that no more quasonts and something about 0845. I just sat down and carried on when ( I thought he was someone from the street) a man came in and stared shouting that breakfast was finished at 0845 hrs. I started shouting back and defending my wife. It was pretty dismal the way we were treated. The room needed some update, mix and match furniture, bed was very comfortable and shower was good.

It was a terrible experience. My guest was treated rudely by a front desk staff member. While on a call with my guest, I heard the staff shouting and speaking in an unprofessional manner, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the room did not match the images shown on Hotels.com. The bed was a simple metal frame with a black mattress and a bed cover that appeared worn and unclean. Sadly, my guest had to leave and stay in another hotel. The service and condition is totally unacceptable. I trust you will address these issues promptly to improve guest experience.

Staff was friendly, helped with directions.I do not speak French!

Great location in Paris

Hotels in Paris are expensive, so this property is a reasonable compromise. It's a little tired and rundown, the rooms are basic and there's no breakfast. However, the welcome was friendly, the bed itself was comfortable and the room - although cold on arrival - soon warmed up. Shower is powerful with good hot water, in a very small bathroom. As some others have mentioned, the pillows are far too big and uncomfortable - and the room was cleaned despite the 'do not disturb' sign being clearly on the door. They also left my window wide open in 2 degree weather. Wifi is free and fast, and the hotel does seem safe and secure. Overall, for a single traveller or just a day or two, perfectly comfortable - plus lots of eating options nearby and very close to supermarkets and the Metro.
