Location terrible, fake photos , doesn’t match as advertised, one pool not 3 as advertised, unable to access the beach from hotel, it’s a block away the beach ocean, very disappointing about the hotel description on the advertised.

The vista area and its service. Nice people.

Todo estuvo muy lindo el personal la atención y el lugar, sin embargo en la habitación que nos hospedamos mi esposo y yo no funcionaba una de las lámparas ni tampoco funcionaba el televisor, pero por lo demás todo estuvo excelente.

Our stay at the hotel was good, I would say excellent, however some of the staff wasn’t either in the mood or their misdemeanor is just rude and being serious. That’s a turn off for the business, I would rather have staff that are friendly and helpful rather than just rude. Food was okay, the taste wasn’t up to par but it was edible. Lastly we had an issue with one of the staff, we gave the receptionist the card and like in many hotels , they usually charge whatever card is on file, that wasn’t the case and we weren’t informed, other than that the hotel was clean and it was neat

For the price this is an excellent value hotel. The staff was amazing. Very attentive and available. The pool was big and clean. Our room was ocean front. It included breakfast which was good. We were only 5 minutes from El Malecon (the pier) with lots of restaurant options. From average to high end food. The only drawback is that its a three story building and there's no elevator. Luckily we're seniors and can still climb stairs.We will definitely be staying here again.

Husband and I had a quick stay at this hotel and it was lovely! Clean, cool room and their courtesy breakfast along with the amazing beach view made the stay even better. Their staff was welcoming and helpful. Will definitely return to this hotel!

Perfect stay in La Libertad! Amazing ocean views, clean and comfortable rooms, and outstanding service. The staff was friendly and attentive the entire time. I’d definitely come back. Five stars!
