The room was great in every respect. The bathroom was large and clean and the shower worked great. The bed and pillows were comfortable and with the lights off the room was quite dark. The room temperature seemed perfectly stable. There were plenty of power outlets. There's a safe in the closet. The TV was excellent. I can't speak to the channel variety since I only watched the ABC news. The staff was friendly and helpful whatever you asked them. They can call a taxi within a few minutes. Although they don't serve breakfast there's a cafe in the lobby which will sell you coffee and pastries.

Friendly and helpful staff

Its official. Everytime I travel back to Sydney Ill be staying here. close to alot of amendments and I signed up for a 5 year membership at the club right next door :) for $2.20c - a 5 year membership for 2 bucks. Staff was great, the location is spot on, Westfield is literally across the road, and the main street of Hurstville and Train Station is a minute walk away. Loved my stay here.

Large room with a view. Location was ideal for public transport into Sydney CBD, Plenty of local eateries. Reception staff were very helpful .

Great place to stay

Access to the hotel rooms is very secure. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was compact but comfortable with soft beds. Close access to cafes and eateries. Secure parking.

Clean room, staff very helpful

Room was very dusty especially the wall behind the bed and for an asthmatic like me it was very bad. Front staff could do with some training in basic customer service skills. Great property otherwise and location is fantastic.

Great room good location onsite gym and restaurant but area surrounding is full of life

It was very convenient to the hospital, train station and shops, couldn’t have been more perfect for what we needed.
