The reception staff (or at least some of them) could use better customer service training; apart from that, I have no other complaints.

The room was great, however, every single night to around 5 am~ give or take, there was yelling, screaming, loud music, cars honking for long periods of time, and loud noises. I was unable to get any rest for my 4 day stay as the rooms are not soundproof and there are bars that stay open all night. As much as I loved the building and the location I would not stay here if you wanted to have good sleep. Great for party people though.

Hotel was amazing, staff went above and beyond. The little extras were lovely, beds amazing, so comfy and beautiful restaurant twenty-six which was in our to do list anyway! Woukd def recommend to anyone for location, staff, amenities and cleanliness

As advertised, and very central to the bustling Jewish district.

Unfortunately, our stay at Stories Hotel was disappointing. The hotel feels quite dated, and the bed was not very comfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. We also experienced a significant issue in the bathroom, as there was no running water in the sink and we had to rely on bottled water for basic needs. The only real positive aspect of our stay was the excellent location, which is convenient for exploring the city. However, considering the condition of the property and the issues we encountered, I would recommend looking at other accommodation options in the area.

The whole Stories experience is a vibe! The unique look of each room, the fun reception area with popcorn and treats, most details well thought of! The AC in my room was not working, management were excellent at brining in two portable units and allowed switch the next day when it was determined the repair would take longer. The restaurant/bar fantastic and the location overall cannot be beat; everything is at your fingertips!

Stories hotel is centrally located on the Pest side. Easy walk to public transportation to get to farther destinations. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The staff is extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to book a room at the Stories Boutique Hotel again.

Property is very clean but very dark. Bed is not very comfortable.

Great location. Cool room. Hip looking place. Generous friendly staff. Gym off site with a daily fee. I will almost certainly stay there again for a short stay. I had a huge suite with an bed on a higher floor. The TV was not particularly smart.

Bathroom smelled bad. A/C not great.
