This is not an Hotel. This is a group of rooms on a 4 floor in building that, by the way, the elevator does not work. Rooms are ok, there is no one helping you getting you luggage up to the room. There is no reception or any person to ask anything on the facility and also the 2 floor was burned in a fire on the building. This was a terrible experience will NOT recomend this place at all. Avoid this place. Is a scam.

Julia was very welcoming! The place was clean and the amenities were good. The location was convenient.

Nice room

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Central Station and the room itself was very clean and well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful and we appreciated being able to check in a couple hours early. However, having to carry bags up three long flights of stairs was something we hadn’t expected. We also were told we would receive a welcome gift and a welcome drink. The welcome drink was a bottle of water and the welcome gift was one piece of candy. Nice but not something I would advertise as a welcome gift and drink.

Be careful. This is not an Hotel, this is a hostel as best. I stayed at a hotel on the 3rd floor of an old building near the Milan train station, and it was a total disappointment. There is no reception desk, no staff on site, and no elevator. You must carry your luggage up three flights of stairs with no assistance. Communication is via a WhatsApp number, and when I asked for help with my bags, I was told that no one would assist me because shifts start at 10:00 am. The description on Expedia (and likely other listings) is misleading, giving the impression of a normal hotel stay with staff and services that simply do not exist. The overall experience was inconvenient, frustrating, and far from what I expected from a hotel. If you rely on traditional hotel amenities, this place will not meet your needs. I would strongly advise others to avoid it or to verify in advance that front desk service, elevator access, and luggage assistance are available.

This is our second stay. This is a great place close to the central station. The rooms are a good size and comfortable and have everything you need. Shower is excellent Staff are fantastic very friendly and welcoming and very accomodating. We will be back again

I appreciate Tania's assistance and support during the check in process and over the duration of my stay. Initially the check in process was a bit confusing and I had not received check in instructions until a few hours before my arrival. (I had limited internet and phone access which made it a bit more challenging). Once i was able to connect with Tania, the host, everything was smooth from that point forward!

Great Location

Location is very good, just a couple of minutes from Milan Centrale. Breakfast at Panzera was spot on and such a nice, old fashioned restaurant. Unfortunately the room itself left a lot to be desired but if they can improve the cleanliness and some of the facilities, it could be very good.

Check in was a little confusing but room was great and had everything we needed.
