Great location and beautiful onsen. The massage chairs are also so nice after a long day of exploring. Would stay here again!

This hotel was a fantastic stay from start to finish. The location was excellent — close to everything worth seeing in Matsumoto, making it easy to explore on foot. Staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready with recommendations or assistance whenever needed. A huge bonus: both breakfast and dinner were included, and the quality made it feel like real added value rather than an afterthought. Between the convenient location, great service, and the meals, this place made the whole trip smoother and more enjoyable. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Matsumoto — genuinely can’t fault it

The breakfast was fantastic. Typically small Japanese room, but very nice. Nice laundry room. Would definitely visit again.

We enjoyed our stay. Most of our time was spent sightseeing but the staff was kind and they managed to get all 3 of our parties close by on one floor. We were grateful.

Easy access from train station. Amazing breakfast buffet and other freebies like evening beer and ochazuke. Well maintained onsen. My room happened to have a laundry machine which was super helpful.

Conveniently located within walking distance to Matsumoto Castle. Complementary alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks every evening during your stay. The late night meal was offered too late for us so never got to try it. Would have loved if it was available for breakfast. In room washing machine was nice. The spa was very nice after long day of travel and walking. Helpful and kind staff.

We had a very pleasant stay, the location is excellent—conveniently situated near Matsumoto Station and within easy walking distance of Matsumoto Castle, restaurants, and shopping areas. It made exploring the city incredibly easy. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. There was a good variety of delicious The only minor downside was that the public bath tended to be quite crowded, especially during the evenings.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. We were in easy walking distance of the shops and attractions we wanted to visit. It was also a comfortable walking distance from the train station.
