The breakfast is amazing, the aesthetic is very lovely and the staff is excellent

Beautiful property and rooms

Great breakfast and the staff was trying their best. On the other side, I was informed that the gym isn’t available while my stay, however I was offered a 5 days free trial on the gym next door which I thought was great! Nevertheless, the registration form was in Swedish and was only applicable and available for Swedish nationals. I was then offered the option to go to the other hotel of the same chain which was 7-10 minutes walk away. I know the gym there is quite smaller and given the fact that there was such a distance to walk and that I I ly wanted to go to the gym early in the morning this was quite unpleasant, so I didn’t use this facility. I’ve stayed in this hotel many times in the past for work always (possibly more than 10 times the last 2 years), but I think I will not stay there in the future if the option of the gym isn’t available and I only find out in such a short notice.

Great location near the bus/train station. Very helpful staff. Breakfast had plenty of options. Room size was good. Nice hotel, would stay again.

Excellent hotel and walkable to everywhere.

The room was really clean and comfortable for a short stay, a shame there’s no kettle but wasn’t at all detrimental to the stay. The surrounding area is currently under construction so you do have to cross several crossings to make it but it’s signposted well. It’s a short walk (probably around or less than 10 mins) to the bus station and shopping centre. Would stay again

The hotel room is aesthetically pleasing. It had useful essentials like iron and hair dryer but was missing other things like shower cap, earbuds etc. Lovely staff, although no one picked up when I called the reception. Lovely breakfast with lots of options. Overall, it a decent hotel.

Clean room, beautiful hotel, great restaurants and cafe. Close to train station and tram center.

The hotel was clean. The room was really nice. The primary reason for the reduced ratings was the inflexibility of the staff with the check-in time. When I called to see if it was possible to check-in early, I was advised that I could do so if I was willing to pay an additional $200 Swedish dollars. I therefore rode around on the tram for 2 hours and then waited in the hotel lobby for 30 minutes until the 4:00 p.m. check in time. It is very inconvenient for international travelers to wait until 4:00 p.m. when it was evident that rooms were available earlier for an additional fee.
