I loved everything about the hotel except the layout of the room. Having the toilet separate from the bath while the sink is in the main room next to the bed was strange.

Efficient check in. Allowed us to store our luggage before check in as we arrived earlier than planned. Room on the small side (for a double) but well maintained with limited storage space. Breakfast had good variety of dishes. Very good location on quiet side street, walking distance from the local train station and Ritsurin Garden. Close to many restaurants and shops.

Incredible hotel, comfortable beds and great staff

I would recommend this hotel. It’s very new. Lots of amenities. Laundry in the lobby Short walk to the covered shopping street Staff is very helpful

OK, cheap place to stay. No complaints. It does the job.

Small breakfast spread but you can see the effort in making every dishes tasty! Very dedicated staff!

Good breakfast, friendly staff, clean room.

Room was pretty tiny but as expected. Service was excellent and staff were very helpful and polite. Will recommend but better for 1 person.

nice hotel, clean, we'll located for dining, etc. Friendly staff.

Most expensive of all our month long trip, with the smallest bedroom, least comfortable, lumpy small bed, threadbare towels. Awkward arrangement with the separate toilet at the entry door (blocked when someone was using the other door), had to exit toilet room and go to the bedroom to wash hands. Great location with plenty of restaurants and shops but wouldn’t recommend the hotel. I can’t imagine how it rated 9.2 stars. Not sure I can trust star ratings anymore.
