I liked our rooms and staff were helpful. I didn’t like a parking lot and location. The parking was so tight that we couldn’t park there.

Somos una familia de 5 y estuvimos 6 noches. El cuarto estaba en mal estado. El sofá cama estaba desgastado y sucio. La alfombra sucia. En la cocineta ni servilletas. Ni platos, absolutamente nada de utensilios. El desayuno fuimos varias veces, pero los hotcakes y el pan francés quemados. El elevador del primer piso estaba sin funcionar. Para nosotros no fue buena experiencia.

Great location if you want to catch the “vibe” of San Jose. Plenty to see within walking distance. Family of 5 adults, and our suite was perfect for all of us. Staff was very friendly, especially to us English only speakers. The included sit down breakfast was delicious (4 options to choose from). If you have a car, the parking garage ramp under the hotel is east to miss and it’s right for a large SUV (manageable!). Highly recommend!
