One night stay in the area while travelling south to Lake Constance.

Clean room. Close to reception

Cute property right in the centre of Kempten. Clean

Zimmer sind sehr schön. Es ist jedoch für Business Gäste nicht geeignet. Zuerst wurden wir mit Mails zugespamt. Dann wurde der Betrag vorzeitig von der Kreditkarte eingezogen. Angeblich ein Fehler von Expedia. Dann gibt es kein Frühstück im Hotel. Es wird Frühstück in dem naheglegenen Cafe angeboten, aber erst ab 08:00 Uhr in der Früh. Für Geschäftsleute ungeeignet.

Conveniently located, spacious and clean

The quadruple room we stayed in consisted of two separate rooms and was spacious enough for 4 actual beds for our family of 4 (no uncomfortable sofa beds like in other hotels). The automated key retrieval process was a little unusual, but easy and efficient. We loved that this hotel is right inside the city center with plenty of restaurants around. Breakfast was included and had a good variety of breads, meats, cheeses, juices, fruit, cereal, hot drinks etc. The morning staff was very friendly and made everybody who requested it some scrambled eggs. The only inconvenience was the parking situation. All cars have to park in a public lot about 3 min walk away. It was free from 7 pm to 9 am, which worked out well for us. We'd love to come back.

The hotel is a small boutique hotel with a number of rooms spread over two floors about a restaurant. The rooms are very nice with housekeeping daily. There is an included daily continental breakfast - the only cooked option being scrambled eggs with bacon. This was fine for me. There was a selection of bread, meat, cheese, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and of course juices, coffee and tea. I did not eat in the restaurant preferring to sample local restaurants instead. The staff speak minimal English, but it is a lot better than my German. Using a bit of German helps as it is not widely spoken in the Algau. All in all a very enjoyable stay here for business. Free wifi.

Small room (#10). The shower thermostat either allowed cold water or extreme hot water. Not nice. Great breakfast.
