Hotel itself is great. All of the staff EXCEPT for the front check in desk are superb. The check in is misery there. They don’t honor any Hilton Honors benefits, say no to everything and to top it off, reception sent a letter to my room an hour after I checked in stating they undercharged us $5 so be prepared to pay that at checkout. A formal letter shoved in the door crack to collect this “debt” after being there less than an hour and refusing Hilton Honors benefits are enough reason for me to stay elsewhere next time I’m in Nagasaki.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel room was the nicest room that I’ve ever stayed in! It was incredibly spacious, with a large bathroom area. Breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of Japanese and Western hot and cold dishes. Everything was really well-labelled for people with dietary requirements. The onsen was lovely and relaxing, and I was fortunate to go early and have it all to myself! Well-located, with the train station directly opposite and the tram stop just around the corner.

The service was excellent. The staff were discreet and professional. Well done.

Superb hotel, wonderful staff all eager to help, breakfast was excellent, the location couldn’t be better as it is right across the street from Nagasaki Station.

ほぼ完璧です。ロケーションは駅から出てすぐだし、お部屋は広々していて必要なものは揃っています。2人分のスーツケースが余裕で置けるスペースがあるし、タオルは大判のしっかりしたもの｡シャンプー類はクラブツリー＆イヴリン｡洗面台も大きくて物でごちゃごちゃしません。浴室トイレ洗面台はパーティションで開閉出来るのでプライバシーもバッチリ｡ベッドの寝心地も文句なし｡リクエストがない限り毎日清掃してくれます｡ドアを開けた瞬間、わあ〜と声が出る素敵な部屋です。スタッフの対応も良いです。氷が欲しかったので、どこの階にあるのか電話で訊いたら、部屋まで届けてくれました(2回も！)。惜しむらくはコインランドリーがないので連泊だと不便かなというぐらい｡快適な滞在でした。

Hilton Nagasaki was great! Break first, service, and facilities. I really satisfied it. I definitely wanna came back here to stay.

Beautiful room and very comfortable bed. The decor of the whole hotel is really great. Centrally located and straight across from Nagasaki Station. A great stay and Hilton quality all the way.
