It was a great stay, staff were friendly, breakfast was great, and room/hotel was really nice. It is a bit far from the center of the city if you plan to walk everywhere, however, tram and subway are about 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. I wish they would have coffee available in the lobby all day, that would be great.

Best stay in Vienna for a solo traveller only that the laundry is very expensive. You have to load the app 30euros even if you only have to use 6euros.

The location is really great because although it’s not in the center of all the “main” tourist sites, it does have nice local restaurants and shops near. It was also easy to access the public transportation. It was clean and staff was beyond helpful and nice! The price is super affordable and would definitely go back!

We had room 619 with kitchenette and small balcony, standing room only on the tiny balcony.
Plenty of storage space and very nice room.
Free tea/coffee in reception 7-11am
We did not take breakfast at 19 euro each as delicatessen next door which was delicious.
5 mins walk to tram 71 into the city (6 stops);and only 1.5 Euro each for an 80 minute ticket (if aged 65)
Highly recommend a stay here.

The hotel is Brazilian in theme and ownership/management which was cool and a bit out of the old town. Once I got the lay of the land it was very easy and convenient to get everywhere in Vienna
The staff were exceptionally friendly and super helpful. Also they provide great coffee like espresso all day long and have a wonderful bar next door
They helped me check in early and then held my bag for free after I checked out so I could continue exploring the city before my train departed.

Very Good would stay here again if looking for somewhere slightly out of the centre but the price reflect that
