The staff was very rude and had a bad attitude toward guests. The room was not clean; I found hair everywhere, including on the bedsheets and pillows.

The location is excellent. Near Atocha station, Prado, parks. Food is plentiful. The staff was polite enough and gave good into to keys checkout etc. the room needed more deep cleaning and was rather warm. The shower was very tight with VERY limited ability to move about.

Nothing to do with the description. No window, freezing in the night.

It’s not hotel , it’s apartment and the stuff are not qualified for this job It’s not a safe place !?

Terrible no reception 92 pound no bathroom bail hostel

This location was difficult to find because it is one floor in a residential building, rather than a designated hotel/hostel. The entire hostel floor smelt of cigarettes even though it says it’s a non-smoking hostel. While we were resting in the afternoon, someone unlocked the door of our room trying to come in until they realized we were there. We were already skeptical feeling like the place was not clean, but after someone unlocked the door and came into our room, we no longer felt safe. We ended up staying at The Oxygen hostel 10 minutes away which was much cleaner and safer.

Para la naturaleza del lugar, estuvo bien. Es un lugar sencillo, y un poco a la antigua. Fui a pernoctar, y para eso estuvo bien.

BED BUGS in this property. Apparently, this happens every Summer, so the problem is well known, but not addressed.
