I’m going to start with the amenities, the Sky Bar on twelve door was closed, room was not clean, hairs from previous tenants all over the room and over charge my CC, when I call to find out about the over charges they put on hold for more than 10 min and finally they asked for my phone number with the prime SS that the manager will call me back and still waiting for that call after 5 days and the over charges still haven’t been resolved. Food was in not good condition, pasta overcooked and bacon on the Turkey Club sandwich tasted awful, like meat out of fridge for several days . Not recommend at all.

Pro: Would definitely stay there again.
Staff was excellent, beach and pool were great. Room was very good. Valet was timely.
Con: High cost for parking and “resort fee”. Simple things were missed; room not cleaned often, tissues and toilet paper were cheap (more like sandpaper) and not replenished. Some towels and paper cups not replaced.

The hotel appears to be understaffed. Had to wait in line at coffee bar in the morning for 20 minutes because only one attendant. Requested fresh towels twice when we had none, but never received. Only one person working front desk when trying to check out. Discarded room service tray stay outside our door for over 24 hours. Made a special request with front desk that got botched. Just very frustrating and they were not receptive to my complaints.
