Room was dirty. Pool area needs maintenance. Breakfast was good but could be very busy. Hotel is located next to a police station and hospital so you can hear sirens throughout the night. Air con is extremely loud.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Overall, the property is very well maintained — the reception area was always spotless and had a fresh, welcoming scent, which made a great first impression every time we walked in.
The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated their positive attitude and willingness to assist with any questions or requests.
One small suggestion: it would be great to allow receptionists to be seated during their shifts, as they work long hours and truly deserve that level of comfort.
Breakfast was enjoyable and offered a good variety each morning, including two types of eggs, sausages, bacon, pastries, and fresh fruits. We were also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary sparkling wine available at breakfast — a very nice touch!
Additionally, the hotel offers local tours, which is a convenient option for guests looking to explore the area.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

The room was clean but hotel is older and generally looks better in pictures. Staff was nice, breakfast is okay.
Air condition in the room works fine but it is too loud so you can not sleep while its on.

最高 Very high standard for a 3 star hotel, feels like 4. Great service, reception staff speak English, breakfast, gym, rooftop pool, renovated facilities. Recommended!
