Very clean, staff very helpful. Location for subway station was perfect.

Very clean, and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

I’m a bit miffed on this hotel. Normally I get a decent stay at every APA hotel. Oddly my watch for sleep score was the highest here at 97 which is great. But asking for small things like an extra pillow they were like no. You have a pillow already, or an extra key card and again no, I think it’s a thing here to just say no to every ask. The corner room was much more spacious than I imagined compared to other APA. The room was clean and shower was functionally adequate. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were kinda hard. The chair could have used some oil as the squeal was loud every time I used it.

Good location

Smal, Small, Small. BUT very efficient lack of space to hang clothes, has a fridge and great lighting. Bed tight against the window wall. Our room was at the front and above the ever active road with busy noise all night. The staff were unbelievable. So kind and so helpful with absolutely everything. They were treasures. I wouldn’t stay here again as I would like more room to sit, turn around and have a little comfort time.

Clean room

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only two stops from tokyo station yet so quiet. Excellent location for shops including a local supermarket and the chain ones. Plenty places to eat. Also no change on subway to the airport and great links for local trains around tokyo itself.I came back and stayed here on my last night as I liked it so much.
