Best hotel I’ve stayed at. High quality build and wonderful bed, blackout curtains… couldn’t be better.

Breakfast was little repetitive and boring

Overall, an excellent experience and will definitely choose Citadines Sudirman Jakarta for my next city stay. 1 bed exec room was very spacious for my 13 nights, and good value. Serviced every day and cleaned to a very high standard. Amenities were good. Location walking distance from Lotte Mall very convenient. Most importantly, staff were extremely friendly, professional and very helpful throughout my stay.

I stayed here for a business trip and booked a specific room type based on its layout from a previous stay. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was assigned a different room as an “upgrade,” which I had not requested. When I asked about the room I had reserved, I was told it was unavailable. As a solo traveler, the larger layout did not add value and felt unnecessarily spacious rather than comfortable. The staff were polite and professional, and the overall service was acceptable. However, there were several operational details that affected the stay. The wardrobe and bathroom had a noticeable odor, and during a previous visit, the bathroom drain had not been properly cleaned. In addition, the elevators were quite slow during peak hours. While the stay was manageable, I would likely consider other options if given a choice in the future. I hope improvements can be made in room allocation and housekeeping standards.

Noisy neighbours!!! Carried on till 3am. Hotel attended to it but not good. Rooms are excellent though

Stayed here for a week, and I had a very nice stay. The room is clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel facilities are nice, and the restaurant food was pretty good. We tried room service and the breakfast. Breakfast was nice, but could have a little more variety. I liked the balcony in the room. The location is very central, and walking distance to the MRT and to Lotte mall - although the road is pretty narrow and floods quickly in heavy rain. There is a free washing facility which was very useful. My only issue is that the driers were not great, and damaged some of our clothes while also being slow to dry. Overall though, a great place to stay.
