Clean and quite spacious room. The pool on the rooftop was amazing!!! Staff was welcoming and always courteous. Moreover, the location of the hotel was the best, near restaurants, malls and street foods and also walkable (20 min) to Petronas Tower as well as KL Tower. I highly recommand this hotel!

Well, this whole place needed a decent cleaning. The bed sheets were not clean, and the hotel had a moldy, unpleasant smell throughout. The only good thing was that the hotel staff were friendly and very nice. The downstairs area looked nice, but unfortunately, the hotel itself was not worth the money. I also got bitten by something during my stay, and I really hope it wasn’t bed bugs. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Clean room, great staff and great location

Rooms were too small for two people to walk around in - both the bedroom and bathroom spaces. During check in, asked to provide deposit, but the guest must retain a copy of the paper receipt in order to get deposit back. I have not had this experience in any hotel - is this a scam? Pool filter not working - water wasn’t clean. No refrigerator and no food on site, which to me doesn’t make any sense.
