Great rooms and staff

Great staff and amazing food options

My wife and I stayed here while touring Angkor Wat and it was amazing. They picked us up and dropped us off at the SAI airport for a low additional cost and were so careful and prompt about their service. The breakfast was so delicious with a variety of options and cuisines. Their omelets and mini croissants were the best. We also got 90 minute couples massages last minute at their onsite Spa that was one of the best experiences I had. We definitely recommend this place for anyone’s stays.

Our room was large, well furnished, and well maintained. The hotel claimed to have a restaurant and bar open until late night, but in fact had only the pool-side bar open which was hot and uncomfortable. We asked the staff for a suggestion of a restaurant and what they sent us to was not at all like what we requested. Then we requested ice and when they brought it to the room charged us $2.

Very friendly people

It was very nice with friendly and helpful staff.

Huge place but not much guests due to Covid. My guide pointed a lot of closed/non operational hotels.

The pool was huge and nice. The semi-outdoor restaurant (under a roof but without walls) was nice, too.

Great service Put in a side wing far from reception One pool area in repair

The friendly staff are very helpful free shuttle service too and from the airport stayed for nine days
