Unfortunately, our room's air conditioning was out of service for two days, making it very difficult to sleep in a hot, humid environment. Two sleepless nights at a 5-star hotel are certainly disappointing. However, the staff was extremely kind and helpful. We also noticed that our sheet had some old blood stains that hadn't fully washed out, so we flipped it inside out to avoid seeing them. Due to these issues, we probably won't return, as there are better options in Tallinn. If this had happened at a regular hotel, it might have been somewhat understandable, but since this was a new 5-star hotel, the experience was quite shocking.

Spa on todella hieno ja saimme ensimmäisenä päivänä olla siellä täysin yksin. Hotelli on kiva ja monella tavalla tasokas, mutta muutama asia jäi vaivaamaan. Siivoojat eivät pedanneet petiä/vaihtaneet lakanoita, mikä on mielestäni iso miinus. Lisäksi aamupalalla palvelu ei oikein pelannut.

What a lovely stay we had. The staff are wonderful and the rooms clean and nice. The Spa has everything you need and a nice ambiance. Overall a great experience.

Just a fantastic hotel with extremely beautiful rooms, a DELICIOUS VERY BALTIC SPA, super close to everything, beautiful staff, a superb bar right at the door. Excellent.
