Parking was great

Staff was great very responsive, parking was ok did not like the fact of getting out of the car to open gate a little spooky. Invest in a gate csn be Bluetooth operated by phone especially for women traveling alone

Perfect place for staying. Enjoyed staying over there.

If ill be completely honest i would've preferred to get a hotel or something way more clean. The space itself was perfect , location was amazing and you get free parking. But the cleanliness was not up to par. The shower curtain reeked of urine, someone else's clothes were left in the closet which i assumed were maybe there if a guest were to need something extra but then i received a call once i had checked out asking if i had left clothes behind, made me wonder if it was even cleaned before i had checked in.. i am very glad the bedsheets looked clean because the mattress itself was disgusting . I guess you pay for what you get but they forsure should improve in a deep cleaning

It was a very nice place and they had parking which was great. WiFi and tv service was not as good. I was visiting with my grandson and he was unable to watch cartoons and we were unable to use the WiFi. Otherwise it would have been great.

Muy bonito todo y muy limpio. Estacionamiento privado con control de acceso. Me encantò. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Super mixed feelings about this stay. I got moved last minute to a different unit down the street which was fine, but once there, there was a host of issues. First of all, the heater wasn't working and the first 2 nights the unit got down to 56 degrees inside, and the beds only come with a thin sheet as the blanket. I went to look for extra blankets in the closet and found 2, one of which had a used band aid stuck to it. I asked them to have someone come fix the heater after the first night which they responded saying they would, only to come back to a cold house with the heater dial turned up but clearly still not working. Other than that, the pictures definitely make the space seem a little more luxurious than it is. And finally, on my second to last night there, I was making dinner when 4-5 cockroaches crawled out of a hole in the wall before disappearing again. Would not recommend staying here unless you're really in a pinch.

The apartment was nice and mostly clean, except for a few towels (hair and stains on them). The toilet seat was broken on one side so kept moving when using the toilet. The apartment being on the ground level/first floor looking over the parking lot means there is no privacy so you need to leave the blinds down. It's a bit noisy with the airport not too far, but is close to some nice spots in the Wynwood neighborhood. Lots of codes to remember (gate, pedestrian door, front door). There was no hair dryer so we contacted the management and they left one the next day and some clean towels.
