It Was fine. They need to use a better plumber

Enjoyed the room and restaurants

I’ve been going to the casino by myself for years. My husband drops me off and goes to Massena for a few hours. I love it there. I always feel comfortable and I don’t need to win to have a great time. When he picks me up we always have a meal before we make the hour and a half drive home. There hasn’t been a bad one yet! We stayed at Players Inn for the first time. The staff at both places is helpful and friendly. Our room was beautiful…clean and set up well and quiet! We enjoyed our breakfast this morning before we went to my uncles burial service.

AC unit didn’t cool the room. The filter was very dirty. Otherwise everything was fine.

The rooms have been upgraded and clean and very comfortable

Exactly what you would expect for the price range. Comfortable, clean and accommodating. A large breakfast area with bacon, eggs, cereals and baked goods. Close walk to casino and restaurants; and close drive to our fishing areas.

Room was a little dirty tissue on floor little dookie on the toilet seat and the jets in the whirlpool didn't work

Everything was good—the cleanliness, the hotel itself, the staff, and the breakfast.

Nice hotel for a quick stay in Upstate NY

I thought I was staying at the main hotel with the pool. But they put me in the Players Inn. It's old and outdated and it was expensive for that room. Would never go back there.
