Great hotel, good location and comfortable room with good amenities. Particularly appreciated the free (excellent quality) umbrellas available downstairs, and looking after my bags the morning I left so I could get one more little explore in.

Clean room, good home base for a family of 4 for a few days in Tokyo. Staff was very easy to work with for a late arrival.

Had a great stay. Room was quiet, good selection of drinks/snacks in the fridge and great options to cook in the room. Good transport links with 10 minute walk with underground stations connecting to different parts of the city. And about 5 minute walk to Senso-ji temple and shopping street.
Made good use of the laundry options as well.

I loved 2 separate rooms. Beds were comfortable, blankets were amazing soooo warm. Easy to use washing machines. Dryers take forever so hanging things to dry is easier, just give it 1.5days to fully dry.
