The service was very good, but there's no phone in the room to call in case of emergency. The bathtub needs a better door.

I didn’t know that we had to declare the number of kids. I booked a room fit for 4. I was traveling with my kids 4 & 6 yrs old. I wasn’t aware that kids are counted as adults and they made me book another room.
My problem was with the attitude of the staff. I arrived late at night after a long trip. The sraff has no empathy and they were trying to sell me an extra room for highest price possible.
I have travelled many countries but the arrogance of the front desk in this hotel is just in another level.
The rooms were good and the location is ok but will not recommend the property to anyone because of the staff.

It’s a bit out of Paris but was just the location I needed the rooms are all new with a new reception being built now.
The staff are very friendly and helpful I messaged them asking how to get the the train station to the hotel and got a very helpful step by step guide.
Fantastic would stay again
