ザ・ワンファイブ岡山 (The OneFive Okayama)

The hotel is very old and once you get to your floor theres many stains on the carpets and there was mold in our bathroom walls. The linen in our bed was 2 sheets (one to cover the mattress and one to cover ourselves). The linen seems old and there was no mattress protection. The room was big compared to other places so that was nice, besides that theres nothing special in here.

The location and staff were great; the rooms were clean. However, the rooms were very small. With 2 average size Americans in the room, you'd have to sit on bed to let the other pass by. The bathrooms were tiny. The commode faces the wall so if you're tall your knees will hit the wall. It felt as if in a camper. The lobby was not an area for comfortable seating. Just a small microwave, water dispenser and hot water pot.

That overweight man who was there late at night on April 15. He was incredibly rude.

The room was spacious but the carpet seemed a bit dirty. There was an iron shaped burned on it (which I found kinda funny) The heater/air conditioning was not available for guests which was not too bad since it’s not too hot yet but I woke up at night because I was sweating and the only solution was to open the window. Unfortunately, it was very loud outside. My main complaint is that the one pillow provided was incredibly hard and I couldn’t sleep properly. :( but still great location and an okay hotel overall.

Reasonal Hotel. I love it. I will stay again.

Heating was too hot, only solution was open window.
